HEY Gigi and Papa,
I miss you guys tons!!! i know you don't get emails and you havent been at Mom and Dad's when we have Skyped so i feel like i havent been able to talk to you guys much!! BUT i do know Mom reads you these blogs from time to time so I wanted to dedicate this blog to you guys... I hope all is well! I heard Papa got a good report from the Doctor !! That's great!! Gigi, are you taking it easy? i hope so. Everything here is going really well.. a bit hectic and confusing some of the times.. maybe even a lot of the times but i know in another week or two, it will settle down once I have a set schedule!! I met the nicest lady today with whom I will be working. She is from Ireland, in Dublin, and because Dad instructed me to do so, I asked if she knew our last name Mulroy.. and she said absolutely, that it was quite a common/popular last name in Ireland. I thought that was interesting. I guess Mulroy is kind of like our "Jones" or "Johnson" inn the US. Anyways, she is the nicest lady, and she has a dog name "Toupie" who is a yellow lab, and we took him for a walk today in the prettiest area. I really think this lady will kind of be like our "Irish/French mother" while we are here. She definately wants to take us out to several "cool local places" around here, so we are grateful for that!! She fed us this AMAZING 5 course lunch today ( i guess there is no other way to do lunch in France haha!) I told her all about our family and how supportive you guys have been and how lucky I am.. and it made me miss you guys so that's why i wanted to you give you a "shout out".. of course along with Mom and Dad!!! I am so lucky and blessed to have the support from you guys.. Not everyone here is as lucky. I've already learned so much. Papa, I brough some of your books with me to France, and they have been quite helpful!! I love you guys so much, and hopefully we can meet up soon on Skype.. especially once I have my own apartment and my OWN internet!!

Gigi and Papa are going to LOVE this note. Very cool to send them one. Trust me when I say that Mom and Dad keep them up to speed on everything you do. Love you so much and I am glad you are rockin' France (w/ an Irish lady). Enjoy that yellow lab. You are doing GREAT!
RépondreSupprimermany thanks for sending Gigi and Papa a specail blog. I'm so glad that things are going well. Sounds like you willing be workng with a kind, knowledgable person, and she's Irish! Places are very important in Ireland. so also tell her we are from Mayo and specifically Beltra. Originally we were Donegal; but moved south more than likely in the 17th century. My love and hugs. You are doin GREATTTTTTT!!!!
RépondreSupprimerI am so glad you had a good day yesterday. Hope the food was good!! We are with Mama Murriel today and will check on Uncle Les this afternoon after we see Erin. I will get to go through Aunt Katie and Uncle Les's house one more time and then it will be auctioned off on Sat., but we will be back home by then. We go back on Tues. night. I love keeping in touch with you this way. You are wonderful!!. Tell me again how to call you. Do I just dial those numbers, or do I have to get an international operator? We MUST have contact on your birthday, and it is coming up veryyyyy soon. All my love :) Mom
